Every colour means the same thing everywhere in the tunnel.

  Bands & slotsCrouch: flick down just before (keep your finger down to stay low). You pass under the glowing edge, close to the wall. Crouched, you go round slower.

  DoorsRide through the doorway.

  Gates (rings with a hole)The only way through is the hole in the middle, and your leap from one side to the other goes straight through the middle of the tunnel. Flick up while you ride over the cyan band before one; dots show the leap's path, bright when it'll make it.

  BladesKeep off their line, and don't be mid-leap as they pass.

  HolesMissing wall. Ride round them, or leap over.

  Mana orbsFive fill your healer's power. Once it's full, orbs are super coins.

Settings

The camera turns with you, so the wall you ride is always the floor. Prefer it still? Then the tunnel stays put and you ride round it.

Steering: how far round a drag across the whole screen takes you.

Race

You against a bot on a course with a finish line. Speed pads keep speeding you up the longer you ride them, but some lead you into trouble. Mana orbs charge nitro: tap to fire it. Most zingies at the finish wins, and crossing first is worth 50.
