What do you feel is missing from scrobble.life?

Other than asking people to properly check the site and give feedback, I'm curious what you feel is missing?

Albeit there may be some connections and missing functions that are probably just a few hours of work to implement which I either lost track of or forgot to see through.

Then there's the main asked about thing "when mobile scrobbling" which we're checking on how to fix without having to create our own app for.

Other things I've purposely avoided: wallet functions, cause aside from subscribing I don't really wanna put users active keys at risk on the site. (even if all actions have to go through keychain, etc)

Anyway, would appreciate some more feedback and testing if anyone's up for it, especially if you're testing the site using mobile (minus the scrobbling), let me know what feels off so we can take a look at it.

Greetings, friend. I'm finding the project very good because of all the features they've added. However, it's quite confusing when searching for a movie or series, as they only accept TMDB links. Otherwise, it's a great project, and the community will start using it.

Greetings friend, I haven't used Scrobblelife myself, but after reviewing it, it seems like a very good project. However, from what other users have told me, it's not possible to publish in other communities? That would certainly be wonderful, and more people would use it.

I'd love a "show random scrobbler" button. The random show/movie/book is great so the same thing for people/user would be fun.

For me, maybe more community interaction. It would be nice to have more ways for users to discover and connect with each other.

Hi, I've tried using Reward.app a couple of times, but the website wouldn't let me increase the percentage above 10%.

I don't know if I did something wrong or if there's another way to set that up.

Hi! I think feedback is great for continuing to improve, and I have some of my own.

For example, in the Daily Quests section, there are some that I don't quite understand—how you earn them or what you need to do to earn the points.

It would be helpful to have some kind of video or written guide explaining all those details, and to have it pinned in the Peakd community.

Another thing I think is necessary is to include the link to the page, because I see that several people are still having trouble posting on their page.

This happened to me when I first joined the community, and to participate in the activities, I think it’s very important—and obviously, all this information should always be pinned.

Also, it would be helpful to have a guide explaining what to do in the other tabs. I’ve gone through everything, but there are still some areas where I’m not sure what to do.

I haven’t used it on my phone—just to browse—but personally, I find it easier to type and view everything on my phone. Although I noticed that one specific game requires touchscreen controls, so that’s a bit tricky to play, haha.

Well, I hope my feedback is helpful, and let’s keep improving as a community.

I have only used it from the author side. As I mentioned, the linking option could make it easier for people to share their content elsewhere. It would also be good if we could access content created on other platforms through Scrobble. life and have an author history or profile. But those aren’t urgent. Thanks. 😀

For now, it's just the speed when I switch between music, movies, and users. Everything else is fine.

maybe some gaming integrations from steam or infinite backlog or retroachievements to see what games people have been playing (and cheevos earned)?

Well, I'm not going to dwell on why you don't work on a mobile app, as I imagine that's quite a difficult task to accomplish, especially for someone like you with so many other projects on your plate. I hope your small, very small team grows a bit or at least finds a good mobile app developer to do this, although as I mentioned before, this might be difficult because nobody here likes to work "for free", no matter how good the idea or project is.

But anyway, I hope they manage to find some solution or some way to solve this problem with using the site on mobile devices. Aside from that, I don't think I have as many demands as others. Although I would like to be able to add my Spotify or Deezer playlist to the music section, like you can with movie reviews or something similar with Anilist, TBM (or however it's spelled) and so on. In other words, I'm talking about a feature where the site connects to your Spotify or Deezer account to import or add your playlist to Scrobble and listen to it there without having to listen to annoying ads.

Another thing I'd like them to implement, for users like me who like to accumulate HP from comment rewards, It's adding a question option in the comments to set up comment rewards at 100% HP. This can be placed either in the comments box or in a separate option called "Settings" or something like that where you can even configure beneficiaries, nodes, etc.

And well, I think that would be all... 🤔

As you already said in the post I will like a mobile more versatile version or app ❤️ for the rest to me nothing to say I'm still learning how to move in scrobble but looks nice 🙂

It is bit personal, but if possible add something like "protect streak" feature. Yeah, I get it that streak is something psychological, with no significant impact. But, I believe it really keeps a human being more alert and active. Because a few days back, nodes were down, and I was busy all day long. But when I came back home, I kept on checking for 2-3 three hours just to continue my streak. But Alas! Lost it, lol. Though, I am already at 5 days streak, but I will not be completing my weekly and monthly quests as well.

One more thing, how about adding more games? Maybe something with levels in it?

Off-topic, whenever I write a big post on Scrobble, and I have to "bold" or "quote" it, keyboard cursor shifts from that position to the first one. I will attach a video, because I do not think that it makes any sense :)

It would be great to have a table featuring the community’s top authors. This could help motivate people to write in the community. It would also be helpful to have a place where the activities they create are showcased, giving them more visibility. Greetings! 😊

Hi, I'm not sure if I missed this, but I'd like a user search feature. I already know I can reply to notifications (comments, that's great!), and I'd like to see users' posts and interactions on Hive in their profiles. I'd also like to see a community engagement rating system to identify the most active users on ScrobbleLife, maybe displayed as a number or something like stars or diamonds.

Maybe add 75/25 payout. I've been using it through PeakD. It's a good option to power up more. This is what it comes to my mind now. The rest is regarding the interface.

I noticed one thing is missing, and that is, when you post on Scrobble auto votes are not triggered. Was that intentional?
