The fastest way to reach us is a comment or message to @hscr on Hive — that is the project's account and we watch it daily. You can also tag @acidyo, the maintainer.

By email

For anything you'd rather keep off-chain, the support email is listed on our Hive Scrobbler extension store listing. We aim to reply within a few days.

Data & privacy requests

To hide your account, delete server-side data, or export what we hold, follow the steps in our Privacy Notice. We respond to data requests within 30 days. Note that records already written to the Hive blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone — that is a property of the public chain, explained in full on the privacy page.

Found something broken or have an idea? Send it to @hscr with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. It genuinely helps.
