In another participation by my wife, we have her choice that at first draws attention for being a vinho verde. Casal Mendes is a wine produced in Portugal in the vinhos verdes region. Portuguese wines are famous, especially Port wine, but in this case we have a semi-dry white wine, which means that we get sweet notes in this sample! It is refreshing but should be enjoyed cold! That’s why you can see the condensation on the bottle.

To accompany it, a pesto pasta that was being prepared at the time of the photos!

Em mais uma participação da minha esposa, temos essa escolha dela que a princípio chama atenção por ser um vinho verde, Casal Mendes é um Vinho produzido em Portugal na região de vinhos verdes. Os vinhos portugueses são famosos, principalmente o vinho do porto, porém neste caso temos um vinho branco meio seco, que significa que temos notas adocicadas nessa amostra! É refrescante mas deve ser bebido frio! Por isso você pode ver a condensasão na garrafa.

Para acompanhar, um macarrão pesto que estava em produção no momento das fotos!
