Every day when Mary went to work as a secretary of a law firm, she would pass in front of a travel agency that promoted different destinations.
Because her parents were of German descent, family conversations with her grandmother always told her about how beautiful her hometown was, Cologne located on the banks of the River Rhine.
The history of the city, its parks, the flowers of the spring season were always the favorite subject.
So the illusion of her was to be able to visit it one day. With her boyfriend, John was with the preparations for their marriage.
John one day accompanied Mary to her work and passed in front of the travel agency.
After John left Mary at work, on his return to the travel agency he immediately asked the seller if he had a travel offer to go to Germany to include a tour of the city of Cologne.
He bought the tour and had this as a surprise for Mary.
On the day of the wedding after the ceremony, John gave Mary a small gift box.
When she discovered the gift, she was impressed because it contained an exquisitely fragrant jar of cologne accompanied by air tickets to the city of Cologne, Germany.
With immense joy began to mourn remembering in those moments when she talked with her grandmother about the wonders of her hometown.
