🧐 Update on ATX Influence 😏
583 different IP's worldwide visiting (daily) decentralization on #hive via my node... I can't say that's too much... but if you think about anyone being decentralized, and that this blockchain has probably hundreds of nodes across the world, some public, some private for personal use, games, apps, etc.
It all quickly becomes super mind blogging, and it feels really nice to be a part of, contributing with what you can!
In the ATX space, there has been some progress but very minor ones and mostly via my collaborative efforts with others. It's what it is, and I have stopped being bothered by not being able to progress as fast as I would like. Mostly because that thought was really hunting me down, and due to IRLW, I can't afford to feel that way.
Anyhow, that's life... and I am not going anywhere, except to HiveFest =)

Don't forget that before the end of August, the ATX supply will increase via rewards in the ATX:SWAP.HIVE pool. And this will be a big jump, 100k ATX to be added to the current less than 5k.
So, this #HPUD #ATX #giveaway post, is the SECOND last opportunity you have to get some free ATX and then get into the pool, before the massive jump. By participating in this event post (check rules) and being eligible, you will receive at least one ATX (100% chance), which then allows you either to keep tight to it, sell it, buy more, put it on the pool, whatever you feel most identified with.
(prices are not very different from the market, with exception of if you want to buy more ATX, then use the pool, either way, I recommend to always use pools if possible, overall they have better prices)
And please, understand that I don't know what will happen to the balance of things after the new rewards are added (totally depends on everyone), so please make this decision on your own, it's up to you. Either way, I do this mostly for people to have a place to learn and train with, and because it can be something that can actually be real and earn some rewards for free (almost like a "Faucet", although I dislike that association).
If you don't feel comfortable, that's fine too.
😎 But ATX's not just that!
The reason I am doing all this is not just for fun. It's mostly to keep a way to be connected with instruments that I can control (to some extent) and exercise the messages I want to convey alongside skills I want to influence people to learn, either using them (the instruments) as tools to explain technology details or as alternatives for people to try out or have some fun too.
"Ah but you could have done all this with other pools/tokens" - I could... but I would be limited to what the other tokens/pools want to do with their ventures. This way, I have quite a great deal of freedom, and most importantly, if I don't have the time (like it's happening this year), I am not damaging anyone's project or reputation.
Hopefully, this is nothing new to most of you, but either way, best to keep that thought fresh and reiterate it (for the newcomers mostly).
🎲🎮🕹️ GAMES Games GAAAMMMESS!!
It has been quite a while since I didn't lay some words about these... yes, you might see some of those "broadcasts" via @forkyishere, but I wanted to put some comments here too, and some of what has been the daily/weekly trend for me.
For a while now, it has been a combo of @dcrops, @golem.overlord, sometimes, a bit of a mix between @risingstargame and @terracore, and recently some @cryptoshots.nft to check the changes (which are really nice, and after finishing writing this post I am going to play some more today).
Initially, I must confess I was super pumped with @riseofthepixels (and don't get me wrong, I still love the game), but to play it the way I want, I would need way more time to make it right. I still plan on coming back to it, but perhaps when there is more to discover (I keep checking it from time to time, doing some actions).
(I like to keep some stuff on the shelf for when I have those "need for new things" moments)
@risingstargame has really been keeping up the continuous improvement path and it has been nice to see so much changing all the time. In the past, I used to be able to keep a very high standing for a really good time, but right now, there is soooo much more competition that it's really hard. Which is "a nice to have" thing... I enjoy great competition.
(the aim is still to get into 1 Million fans!)
@dcrops has been a battle for me (in terms of grinding hard), but because it's a game that does not demand much attention from me, I have been naturally keep playing it. Plus some overall strategies that play in the long run (such as when there are special events), and keep me enough motivated to eagerly wait for the next one.
@golem.overlord has been probably at the top of my list, in terms of enjoyment... and yes, it kind of requires a bit of time, but the good part is that you can align it with some of your life schedules, and that makes it easy to dedicate some attention to. The features of that game have been developing nicely in my view, but lots of added functionalities are still being rolled out... I like the cadence of the development and that gives me enough time to explore. I don't think it needs to be any faster...
Aligned with that has been the growth of the "You Even Cry!" 🤣 (search for it on the guild menu if you want to join) - I started this guild initially not having anything in mind... although because when things/games involve people, the level of interaction is way more enjoyable, I am really having fun now. I think interactivity within the Guild feature, is a major win in this game.
Let's do a little experiment and see how many of them check blog posts! Pun intended 😁

Ah, was almost forgetting, I tried yesterday for the first time, the SoulKeep from the @splinterlands team. Looks nice, I need to give it a few more tries... and see if can pass this level...

And to end the post in a great note, lets finally respond to @godfish invitation for a such anticipated #beersaturday.
@detlev it has been a while that I haven't talked about BEER... so this reminder is a great opportunity to both enjoy one and at the same time reflect on its degustation sparkling insights I need to document while doing so.

I am pretty sure I have shared this one already but I don't think I had time to explain why I always liked it. Maybe this will do its judgement..
You can buy them in cans or glass bottles... wife was in a hurry and got cans... but I prefer glass bottles. It's fine! Details...

This is a medium-strong beer, with low (for me) intensity of dry hops, Indian Pale Ale (IPA). Fruity but not too acidic, perfect for a slow drinking mode. Best taken while cold (yes I know... all beers 😂), and if you take it to that around 5ºC point, it boosts completely that "how good it feels"... in terms of being at that temperature and sliding way better... becomes quite hard to not drink it way faster.
Color wise, it's just like a typical Ale... combining very well with a BroBang gameplay! 😅 It will be amber and clear (this was my preference initially, but now I am more into Hazy's, maybe the next one will be on that).
The way I can quickly explain how Ales are to me (with a metaphor) is... imagine how you would feel when in a very hot summer you are trying to cool down yourself, but that process is taking lots of time for you to reach the desirable temperature. And by the time you get to that temperature, you are ready for a nap!
By the way, the above picture really made me recall the "Abadia" beer from SuperBock brand in Portugal... memories maybe!
It is (and was) a nice beer to drink, but by then I didn't yet have the luxury of knowing as many beers as I know and tried by now.

I wonder what people think about an ATX:BEER pool? Always wanted to have one (Beer), and this is a cool way to say, "have an ATX BEER" - by participating in the pooLOLOL... plus the BEER token does not have a pool... so this would allow the token to have one... what are your thoughts?
My plan is to create at least 2 new pools paired with ATX before the end of the year... one is already in conversations, and the other one could be the ATX:BEER one. Obviously, I will first consult with token owners before doing this, but first I would like to hear out from the community 😜.
