Thank you for sharing your metal detecting adventure @abrunet. This activity is quite fun even if I do not find any treasure. I have a Barret 450i detector and I live in Canada so I don't find much gold or silver but often low denomination coins, nails, house keys, bottle caps, beer cans and at one time a working cell phone.
I hope you find something valuable like this 1934 One Peso silver coin.

Hi @kerrislravenhill, thanks for commenting. It’s great to share one of my adventures with this community. I’m not familiar with the Barret 450i detector, though I do know the Garrett Ace 400i. You come across many interesting things while detecting, and I’d love to talk about them another time. The 1934 Cuban silver peso coin you showed measures 38 mm and has a reeded edge. It’s a beautiful coin and holds value. The other side features a five-pointed star with rays and the inscription "Patria y Libertad" Anyway, I wish you a wonderful day. Greetings from Havana.
