I have been in certain screenings for jobs and I saw how bad people can be when given small authority.
I remember a time I and some others from the same community went to an organisation to look for work. We were actually called to apply for school staff members for a new school to be opened. The first day, nothing much was done, we just stayed related with everyone and we were told to return the next day. The next day came, a position was handed to one of us to coordinate and collate files. Mehn, before my eyes, this guy turned to a mini god. Be was bossy and flinging papers away. Jeeeeez! Until today, I still look at the guy with the poor and childish character he exhibited. Very childish! No be say the school later open sef😂
