Oh dear. It's always worrying when you get sudden pain or aches for no reason at all. That happened to me a while ago, it was like someone had punched me at the edge of my rib cage and it hurt when I exhaled. Luckily the pain has gone away now. Weird.
In UK, all new build houses must be accessible to wheelchair users on the ground floor. That's great for accessibility, but when house aren't that big and you don't have wheelchair users living with you it can be a bit of a pain to have very wide hallways which becomes dead space
