Nissan boss was too powerful report finds

An outside panel of experts finds the Nissan gave too much power to former boss Carlos Ghosn.Its report was commissioned to find ways to improve management and corporate governance at Nissan.Mr Ghosn was arrested and charged last year with underreporting his pay package for five years from 2010 to 2015,but He has said his arrest was the result of a "plot and treason" against him.
