LAING
Our entry for Sunday is a dish cooked by our lolo uncle Felix . We call it LAING here in the Philippines. Laing is a dish made of chopped or shredded taro leaves ,cooked with coconut milk , ginger ,garlic and all other spices. This version of our uncle lolo is spicy and has dilis toppings on it. This is very tasty and we paired it with rice . Very nutritious and affordable dish as well.
