The conversations coming from Turning Point are concerning. While I can understand the wish to let go of some of the decision making as a wife and mother in order to lift some of the pressure when you're trying to run everything else in the household, this is only beneficial if you have a husband who has your back and supports you. I would happily be a fulltime housewife if my husband could still support us financially because I'm now working on top of dealing with the household. I love my husband, but when he struggles to take on any of the burdens of running a household then giving that right to vote solely back to men is not going to bode well for women.

I really don't understand the desire to be seder that "responsibility", women are more exhausted because in addition to having a job we get home, the solution is not to be a vote, the solution is to share life with someone who is a functional adult as respectable in the house as oneself
