Meanwhile, I watched the barista prepare the coffee, his meticulous movements, almost as if synchronized between the perfect dose to prepare my coffee, left a layer of well formed foam, gave the perfect volume to my cappuccino, and being satisfied with the preparation, I sat at a table, paid my order and waited, when I was ready I went to pick it up, here began the magic with my perfect escape plan.
Many times, in the day to day, we let ourselves be wrapped by stress and do not give a break to our body, this was not my case, I did give it to me and I hope it remains so, we can not miss these wonderful moments we have with our elixir. My ritual began, the first thing I do is a few seconds smell the coffee, I do not know if it is a fetish I have, but that is something instantaneous to have it in my hands, then get drunk in small sips, that intense coffee with frothy and creamy milk, it felt nice that texture in my mouth, When I accompanied it with a bite of the donut, I could not resist, when both were in contact, they produced a combination of gods, the mixture of coffee with the chocolate glaze of the donut, melted in my mouth, I liked the donut was very fluffy and fresh; This combination started an explosion of flavors, this day of cappuccino and donut really felt great and above all I was satisfied with the result 😁.
I can say, that every time I take a break with my coffee, after a busy day, I come out 100% refreshed, ready to continue my personal errands.
