I've noticed that as we grow older, making new friends becomes much harder or is that only me.... Cos most people if not everyone is busy chasing work, family, or personal goals, and even when you meet amazing people, maintaining the friendship takes more effort than it used to Do you think making friends is actually harder as an adult, or are we just more selective than we were growing up?
Most of the days, I like to do my workouts in the mornings. I feel some high morale for the day when I do that, especially when I must step out. But the few times I had to do my workouts in the evenings before bedtime, I notice I sleep way better and feel so alive by morning.
Which do you think is better, morning or evening workouts? And which do you do mostly?
