Sublime and Beautiful Sunday the rising sun

Good Morning, and I hope your weekend is going well, for this post I am goign with a few shots of the rising sun, I hope you didnt visit here seeing the title and thought I meant the land of the rising sun, no i havent made a trip to Japan, I have been to many countries well over 50 but never made it to Japan. this post is actually shots of the Rising sun from some morning walks I have taken here, As you may know when the weather permits I try and head out for an early morning walk as much as I can, headign out and gettign to the spot in the blue Hour before sunrise, and then get shots of the pre and sunrise, but I often stop taking photos after sun rises above the horizon. But with the sunrise so early these days and me making a real effort to get at least 10K steps in each day,, I have bene walking after the sunrises above the horizon more than usual and have a few shots of the rising sun to share today

Getting a shot of the rising sun with the sun being blown out can be a challenge, if you get the sun not blown out then everythign else may be dark, but that can look cool as well such as this shot

Same with this next shot at a spot I often visit at the end of the harbor Walk her ein New Bedford

This one i think I took on the Harbor walk on top of the Hurrican barrier wall

That sunrise was so beautiful! I often believe that sunsets are a lot more spectacular but gosh, it's so hard to pick between the two!

Its great that you are committing to your fitness goal, and doing it first thing in the morning is really such a great way to set a good tone for the day. That time just before sunrise is probably the most surreal part of the day. I had never heard the term "blue hour" before, but it is quite fitting. Beautiful sunrise shots, mother nature really did show her appreciation for you getting your steps in.
