First of all I have a tab open which is your wonderful comment to a post of mine, and I promise it will be closed before a week lol!

Great post as usual, and I love the "I write as I speak" part, as I too do that, it is the best way to be I think. It gets your reader involved, afterall we are all great storytellers, so why not write that way!

Funnily enough I got my 5 years on Hive badge last month and meant to write about ...

Why Do You Write Here? 🤔

So I shall just say that being zeroed is a walker for me. I am glad that yours was rectified, I see alpha voted that post too.

Anyway great to see you writing and I note you are in the North East, we spent the night in Newcastle last weekend en route to Yorkshire. Anti woke hehe that got me laughing!

Thank you for being the best commenter in Hive and oh yes, dropping the odd post and/or comment in Silver Bloggers... It and you are appreciated!

That is an amazing reply Sir, very gratefully received and a pleasure to read.

Hope you are feeling a tad better, although a nationwide haze doesn't usually move all that fast, sadly.

I have responded to comments months later and am in no rush to add to the outstanding pile of others, anytime is absolutely perfect for a welcome comment, there is no 7 day statute of limitations here, you are so very welcome anytime!

Congratulations on the FiveHive anniversary, you are perfect in the community-cohesion type role which is kinda how I think of you for the most part. (rightly or wrongly) I don't like to pigeon hole anyone unnecessarily, but if it were a 'what springs to mind' kinda deal, that is where I would land.

The one who is responding and engaging when people like me are on their 14th hiatus of the year 🤣

Ironically, several years ago I probably thought of myself as kinda woke, but the definitions and ideologies moved, I don't think I did. When a black Labrador in a country pub is the symbol of the far right, how the hell am I supposed to know where labels and meanings begin and end?

    you are appreciated!

I believe those of a cooler persuasion than I are using the parlance:

Right back at ya, my friend 😊

We would have crossed paths again soonish anyway, I have another quit smoking push ahead 🤣
