Cream cheese - MyDailyColor - MondayWhite

The cream cheese is very esay to prepare - you need white cheese and butter, (1:1) ratio. The butter must be soft. All you have to to do is to stir them well in a cup with a fork (maby it should be more easily with a mixer).
