After yesterday's run, I went for a bike ride today. After quite some time, I took the dogs to the park, and in the evening, we went for a nice walk around the outdoor sports area.

Po včerejším běhu jsem dnes vyrazil na kolo. Po delší době jsem vzal psy do parku a večer jsme si užili procházku v Areálu zdraví.

Today I opted for a lighter workout—about an hour-long cycle ride. I rode mostly along the Ohře River to the town of Loket and back. It rained along the way, so I got pretty soaked.

Dnes jsem zvolil lehčí trénink v podobě zhruba hodinové jízdy na kole. Jel jsem převážně podél řeky Ohře do Lokte a zpět. Cestou mě zastihla dešťová přeháňka, takže jsem dost zmokl.
