My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2020

If your looking for a sign here it is

Today was a busy day, got into work by 7AM without a morning walk as I had an appointment with a Lawyer at Midday and decided to walk to and from the lawyer's office to get some fresh air and exercise, and I will include a few shots from this walk in tonight's post.

PS if you are wondering about the title you will have to scroll to the end of the post

The lawyer's office is on Broadway not too far of a walk, but I decided to go a different way to get there so I headed into Grand Central first in through this corridor past a few vendors

The big difference between these shots and my normal early morning shots around the city is there are a lot more people around, this next shot is after I took the 7 Subway train to Hudson Yards, this next shot is off the train towards the escalators to exit the station, a queue was building up as one of the up escalators was not working and most people were queueing up for the working escalator, funny thing is at the time I walked up the non working escalator only me and a lady around my age ie close to 60 were the only ones who walked up everyone else queued to ride the working escalator

And now outside of the station, and I had to get a shot of the Vessel at Hudson Yeards while there

After getting a few shots of the Vessel with my Camera, I walked back past the entrance to the subway Station

This is a park by Hudson Yards, and i had read about some art on display there and thats why I went this round about way to Broadway, you may notice there is a different frog prince in this shot, similar to the oneI shared recently in the Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, I did take some photos of the art there with my camera and they will be for a future post.

Walking from Hudson Yards to broadway I went by these colorful walls

Walking towards the east I saw the Madison Square Gardens

And then passed the Desigual Building which stands out do colorful, I have taken shots of it before with my camera, but not sure I have included it in a post so I also took a shot of it with my phone to include in tonights post

Now on Broadway and just across from my destination, Broadway often has art on display in this area, today I noticed they had these big ee saws there and people were enjoying using them

And Incase your wondering no I didnt try out the Seesaws, I am a big big for that and besides riding a seesaw on your own is tricky and not so much fun

Such a big city - there's always something new and interesting to photograph. I think I'll miss my daily dose of beautiful NYC photos from you when you retire, JJ.

That sign is nice and the idea behind is not bad, but I miss the exclamation mark to convert a normal beer to a virtual !BEER 😉

Nicely done! Good job with your 16213 @actifit steps. I like your view into the city. I'm pretty much a country girl, but sometimes the city fascinates me. I have to say the picutres you show of the city look like it's a clean place. I also like the last one you show 'here's your sign', lol! Have a wonderful night and thanks for sharing your city.
