New Steem is here and so is New ADSactly!!!

At ADSactly we are reviewing and reconsidering how we fit into Steem and we are making improvements!

Our team now consists of 2 divisions, working in cooperation.

This account has been created by ADSactly for the purpose of curating. At this time it is a joint operation with @whatsup who will be running the account and manually curating.

The account has been generously delegated with 100k SP to curate with. In addition, we purchased a bit of PAL and SteemLEO so we can curate across tribes!

Adding Value

We feel high engagement posts and authors add value. New Projects add value, Manual Curation Adds Value. We know this can be subjective, but realistic efforts at adding value will be rewarded.

This account will be voting on things that Add value and we hope that ADSup.

Ned made me read this post to him earlier and I'll be honest, since it's my third day at Steemit Inc, I didn't understand any of what you wrote about, but Ned began to cry and it was so uncomfortable.

Anyways, it would make my internship go a lot smoother if you refrained from posting emotional stuff like this.

I don't suppose extending the rest of us the courtesy of a 500mv influence cap is on the agenda? Doing so would up the value of all the undervalued's votes that they do manage to get. Much moreso, if we can get some others to join, than what your drop in the bucket will garner handing out votes until your ears bleed. Those pleasing to you will do well enough, but at the expense of hundreds of small accounts getting shaken from the long tail.

But, what do i know? I do my math on scratch paper.

I am pleased to read of these changes.. I've been working for similar idea for months now supporting over 300 authors. I know. Well, you know, it's such an effort but If a pattern develops, that could help bringing STEEM back to its best moments.

This could be a great way to distribute rewards much better! It will be encouraging to see how the community can distinguish and find these posts for us to also trail it and support. Long term value is the fundamental need to sustain here!

Sounds good! I like the different curation projects. Gives more people chances to gain attention when there’s lots of groups of people looking for content!
