Nile is an American technical death metal band from Greenville, South Carolina, formed in 1993. The band's current lineup consists of founding guitarist/vocalist Karl Sanders, drummer George Kollias, guitarist/vocalist Brian Kingsland, guitarist/vocalist Zach Jeter, and bassist/vocalist Adam Roethlisberger. The band is known for their dedicated lyrical and musical style, which is inspired by Egyptology and works of H. P. Lovecraft.
