i did use it a couple times i think, but it was in a period where i used multiple bots and it would be hard to figure out what exactly came from my donations.

As we all know, bugs happen and we had a pretty serious one - so we notified our users and put a form for them to complain. We have been working to refund everyone and we are still processing the refunds.
This is how you know we are serious with our customers, as we are going throuch each one's history - and this is how we found your post. ;-)

It's there a possibility to do something against a bot that does not do what it's promises? I have never used a bot since I'm not certain how to use one. I believe you need to use Steemconnect?

# What is a bounty exactly A bounty is money sent to a post to be distributed to the users commenting on it. It provides a way to reward users directly on top of the steem/sbd they get from the blockchain independently of SP. You create a bounty by sending any amount of sbd/steem to @steem-bounty together with a post-url in the memo. Users are then competing for the bounty by writing their answers to the post in comments hoping for upvotes from the community and especially the bounty creator.
