10's of millions of people will die from Covid 19 in 2020/2021

It is very likely that everyone you know will be infected with Covid 19, and a small percentage (ex: 5%) of them will be in serious condition requiring treatment. Hospitals are not able to help everyone, so it is best that you prepare for the worst and assume that you are on your own.

Covid 19 will attack your lungs similar to Pneumonia. In severe cases, even if you survive you will feel like you are close to death. It's important to take this virus seriously and prepare yourself for the worst.

Here is what you can do to prepare for the worst:

Fast

Fasting allows your body to cleanse itself of infection and reduce stress/inflammation. Although there are more benefits that come from fasting for extended periods of time (ex: 7 days), it is not necessary to do so. I recommend eating between the hours of 12pm and 8pm: this means that you do not eat past 8pm in the evening and you don't start eating until noon. This will allow your body to fast for 16 hours per day.

Meditate

Meditation (the act of closing one's eyes and clearing the mind) is a great stress reliever. Stress causes an inflammatory response within the body and leaves you more susceptible to infections and disease. Covid 19 will attack your respiratory system causing you to feel shortness of breath. Meditation will combat this by opening your airway allowing you to breathe deeply which will improve your comfort level and assist with your recovery.

Eat healthy and drink plenty of water

Here is a list that I created to help you out:

San Pellegrino mineral water Gerolsteiner mineral water coconut oil oregano (fresh or oil) cinnamon (organic Ceylon cinnamon) lemon juice apple cider vinegar butter kale/broccoli+sprouts/cabbage/spinach/avocado/arugula asparagus tahini butter + almond butter (mixed together) coconut butter button mushrooms ginger/onions/garlic peppers chia seeds + pumpkin seeds + hemp seeds brazil nuts pecans raw/organic (can make pecan milk with water and pure vanilla + cheese cloth or nut milk filter) salmon bacon (pastured) beef cheese (grass fed - organic - hormone free) berries (blackberry/raspberry/strawberry/blueberry)

Supplies

Here are some must haves:

mouthwash (make sure it contains at least 1% hydrogen peroxide) vinegar (used for cleaning - get a spray bottle - soak fruits/vegetables in water with a little bit of vinegar) white sage (burning white sage will kill bacteria in the air) homemade hand sanitizer (ingredients: rubbing alcohol 3/4 cup, aloe vera gel 1/4 cup, lemon juice 1 tsp)
