Hello friends Alien Art Hive!
Today, I’d like to share a small story from my dark space, about how anxiety has slowly pulled me back from the outside world.
For the past few days, the door to my house has remained tightly shut. Not because of the rain outside, but because a storm of anxiety is brewing inside my mind.
There are days when everything feels far too loud, not from the noise outside, but from the chaos inside my head. Lately, my anxiety has worsened again, to the point where I don't even dare to step foot outside. This anxiety isn't a sudden surge of fear or panic. It’s more like being tuned to the wrong radio frequency, a static hiss that constantly hums in the background, even when the room around me is dead silent.
It feels like being watched by an owl from the dark. Truth be told, owls were the animal I feared most as a child, with their heads that could twist all the way around and their hollow, vacant stares.
You can’t always see them clearly, but you always know they’re there. Staring at you without blinking, waiting in the shadows, softly whispering to your memories as if something is wrong, even when you know everything is perfectly fine.

I know that giving shape to fear doesn’t magically make it disappear. But at least tonight, it is out there, trapped inside this picture, no longer lurking inside my head.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you all have an extraordinary day, and I’ll see you in the next work.
