My wife headed out for her sewing session. Gave me the morning clear tinhead out for a walk. Was doing investing stuff - decided a blue sky day had to be used. Maybe a chance to find white fingers orchids flowering in Sheldon Forest Turramurra. Catch train - walk a different route to the forest and then out to next station down
Different route drops down below the Pacific Highway and offers up some old houses. Now two semis
Grand old house all fenced off with NSW Government signs - no idea what it was. Looks quite heritage and hopefully will be preserved in some form. Google no help
Road loops down below the railway line - above this house - a painted red brick house from the 50s or 60s

Side on - classic form - yellow tip to the labellum. Pink tip to the column. White flower and white calli. Green back to dorsal sepal
Unfolding form - swollen capsule suggests it could be seeded form

Did find a nodding greenhood in a spot missed last walk - last legs

Did cook bbq dinner. Surprised to find a 2014 off-dry Semillon was still alive in colour and crisp to drink
