Good day, everyone! I’m here once again to share with you another fun experience we had with my husband and our dear friend Christian.
This time, we had a little adventure in Austria, and of course, it turned out to be another fun and memorable day together!
So, come along with us and let me share what we discovered and enjoyed during our little trip!
While we were driving back home from the restaurant we visited in Austria, we decided to make a little stop at this very famous place called Prinz.
Prinz is an alcohol store, and I was actually curious to see what they had inside. So, we decided to stop, parked our car, and went inside to have a look.
I had no idea what to expect, but I was excited to see what this famous place had to offer!
As soon as we stepped inside, we could immediately see all kinds of different wines and schnaps displayed in front of us.
This store is known for its wide selection of schnaps or shots, and what makes the experience even more exciting is that they also offer free tastings of the drinks you’d like to try! Of course, that was something we were definitely looking forward to.
But before getting to the exciting part, we took our time looking around the different sections of the store. I was so happy to see so many varieties of alcoholic drinks, and some of the bottles even had really unique and beautiful designs.
Honestly, some of them looked so interesting that they made you think, “I want to buy this just because of the bottle!”
There was so much to see, and we were already getting excited about trying some of the drinks!
And finally, while we were walking around, we reached the exciting part of the store—the tasting area!
There were already quite a lot of people inside, and almost everyone was holding a little glass of wine or schnaps. It was fun to see everyone enjoying themselves and trying the different drinks for free.
Of course, we also didn’t want to miss the chance! So, we each chose something we wanted to try. I decided to taste the Salvato, but oh my goodness, it was too strong for me! Definitely not my kind of drink!
My husband and Christian also gave it a try, and we all got to experience the taste for ourselves. It was definitely fun trying something new, even though the Salvato was a little too strong for me!
After that, we continued walking around to see what else they had to offer. I was honestly so surprised because there were so many different kinds of drinks and such a wide selection! There was so much to look at, and it was really interesting to see all the different varieties.
While we were looking around, my husband decided to buy two bottles of schnaps for us to try at home. And as you can see, he had this big happy smile on his face!He was clearly enjoying our little stop at Prinz!
Even when we were already paying, they surprised us by giving us free shots of the flavor I liked—pistachio! And oh my goodness, it was so delicious! I really loved the pistachio flavor. Definitely a nice little surprise to end our visit!
After that, we decided to check out what was upstairs, and to my surprise, there was still so much more to see!
We found an area with large wooden barrels, which made me curious about how they make and store these delicious drinks. It was really interesting to see and definitely added something special to our little visit.
There was also another room where you could find different souvenirs to buy. There were so many interesting things to look at, and it was fun browsing around.
And then we discovered another room that looked like a private tasting or class area, with drinks available and even a TV. It looked like a nice place where people could gather, learn, taste different drinks, and simply enjoy their time.
I was really surprised by how much there was to explore at Prinz. What started as a quick stop on our way home turned into a fun little adventure with so many interesting things to discover!
It was such a fun and unexpected stop, and we were happy that we decided to drop by Prinz on our way home.
So that's all for today and I will catch you on my next blog adventure!
