Once again, I am back in this great "space" to join in on this wonderful weekly prompt. This is the kind of challenge I love; to participate, I head out for fantastic "photowalks" where I take the opportunity to photograph anything that catches my eye.

I’ve been mentioning that spring has arrived in my "city," and—as happens every year—people are more enthusiastic about leaving the house to engage in various sports activities; walking is one of the most popular choices.

While others—especially young people—are drawn to sports activities that allow them to have a good time while working out, there are also those who view walking not merely as a way to maintain an ideal weight, but as a healthy activity that engages different parts of the body and promotes overall well-being.

The city where I live was built along the banks of the Paraná River; this makes water sports a favorite choice for people looking to break their routine and engage in activities that keep them moving. While fishing is a commercial activity, there are also those who view it as a sport—specifically, catch-and-release fishing.

It is interesting to see how the arrival of spring shifts people's mindsets; their way of thinking changes, and they focus more on taking care of their bodies. This week, we captured images of people engaging in various physical and sporting activities—perfect for participating in this fantastic contest:
