Feliz fin de semana queridos padres de @motherhood gusto en saludarlos esperando que se encuentren bien junto a sus pequeños disfrutando del inicio de vacaciones escolares, en mi caso el día de hoy tenía pensado llevar a mis hijos al parque pero amanecimos con tiempo de lluvia, así que tuve que cambiar los planes y en un rato que dejo de llover aproveche de llevar a mi hijo menor a cortarse el cabello que estaba un poco largo a su peluquería de siempre, desde que tiene 2 añitos lo traigo a este lugar porque me gusta mucho la forma tan cariñosa que nos atienden, y por supuesto los cortes que su peluquera le hace a mi hijo que le queda de maravilla, dejándome muy complacida.

Como ven esta peluquería tiene un espacio con un parquecito y toboganes para jugar los pequeños, y aunque mi niño no esta tan pequeño ya, igual siempre se va derechito a esa zona a jugar muy contento ja, ja, ja; mientras esperaba su turno se divirtió en el tobogán y jugando con los carritos y robots que había en una gran cesta llena de juguetes, hasta que llegaron otros niños y se pusieron a jugar, ya que mi hijo es muy sociable hace amigos rápidamente.

En fin cuando toco su turno lo atendieron muy bien, quedando listo en menos de 10 minutos, ya que la chica es una experta cortando cabello. Estuvimos conversando que este día del niño que se celebra tradicionalmente cada 3er domingo de julio, este año por todo lo sucedido en el país no va a ver ninguna celebración como tal en los centros comerciales ni espacios públicos, ya que debemos ser conscientes de tantos niños que quedaron sin familia, o simplemente ya no están a causa de estos terribles terremotos en el país, por lo que le dije a mi hijos que los llevaría a almorzar para ver la final del mundial que justamente es mañana, y le daría un obsequio, mi hijo menor me pidió más legos como pueden imaginarse sigue con la fiebre de los legos, ja, ja, ja por lo que cuando iba a pagar en la peluquería vemos en el mostrador que tenían varias cajitas de legos así que le compre una de carritos y llego armando el carrito de policía de inmediato muy feliz con este regalito inesperado que le di. Antes de despedirme les deseo a sus niños que pasen un feliz día mañana y que lo importante es estar juntos en familia y compartir. Hasta una nueva oportunidad.

Happy weekend, dear parents of @motherhood! It’s a pleasure to greet you; I hope you and your little ones are doing well and enjoying the start of the school holidays. I had planned to take my children to the park today, but we woke up to rainy weather, so I had to change plans. When the rain let up for a bit, I took the opportunity to take my youngest son to his usual barbershop for a haircut, as his hair had gotten a bit long. I’ve been bringing him here since he was two because I really appreciate the affectionate way they treat us—and, of course, the haircuts his stylist gives him always look wonderful, leaving me very pleased.

As you can see, this barbershop has a play area with a small playground and slides for the little ones. Even though my son isn't that small anymore, he still heads straight for that area to play happily—haha! While waiting for his turn, he had fun on the slide and played with the toy cars and robots from a big basket full of toys. Eventually, other children arrived and joined in; my son is very sociable, so he makes friends quickly.

Anyway, when his turn came, he was well taken care of and finished in less than 10 minutes, as the stylist is an expert at cutting hair. We talked about how Children's Day—traditionally celebrated on the third Sunday of July—won't involve any actual celebrations in malls or public spaces this year due to everything the country has been through; we have to be mindful of the many children who lost their families or simply lost their lives in the terrible earthquakes that struck the country. So, I told my children I’d take them out to lunch to watch the World Cup final—which happens to be tomorrow—and give them a gift. My youngest asked for more Legos; as you can imagine, he’s still obsessed with them, haha. When I went to pay at the salon, I saw several small Lego sets on the counter, so I bought him a car set; he immediately started building the police car, delighted with this unexpected little gift.
