¡Comencemos!
✨Ingredientes generales para tres comensales:
Arroz: 2 tazas.
Lata de vegetales mixtos (zanahoria, papa, frijolitos y maíz), 425 gramos: 1 unidad.
Lata de salchicha de 130 gramos: 1 unidad.
Aceite de soya: 2 cucharadas.
Vinagre: 2 cucharadas.
Pasta de tomate: 2 cucharadas.
Sal: ½ cucharada.
Comino molido: ¼ de cucharada.
Sazón Goya con cilantro y achiote: ½ sobre.
Mayonesa: a gusto.

Preparing and Enjoying Colorful Mixed Rice with Vegetables and Sausage
Greetings, friends who enjoy a rich and varied cuisine.💁☀️
Happy day to everyone!
I have always enjoyed including vegetables in my daily meals, so during my grocery shopping this Thursday, I included a can of mixed vegetables in brine to combine with sausage and prepare an exquisite mixed rice for lunch. I invite you to join me and discover the recipe for this colorful and appetizing rice.
Let's begin!
✨General ingredients for three servings:
Rice: 2 cups.
Can of mixed vegetables (carrot, potato, green beans and corn), 425 grams: 1 unit.
130-gram can of sausage: 1 unit.
Soybean oil: 2 tablespoons.
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons.
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons.
Salt: ½ tablespoon.
Ground cumin: ¼ tablespoon.
Goya seasoning with cilantro and annatto: ½ packet.
Mayonnaise: to taste.
Enough water for washing and preparing the ingredients.
✨Preparation method
I began by preparing the ingredients I was going to use. I took the cans of sausage and mixed vegetables, washed them well and, with the help of a can opener, opened them. I then placed their contents in separate containers and cut the sausage into small slices.
Next, I took the two cups of rice, which had already been checked, and washed it well so it would be ready for the preparation.
Once all the ingredients were ready, I began the preparation. In my rice cooker, I added the sausage, two tablespoons of tomato paste, ¼ tablespoon of ground cumin and two tablespoons of soybean oil. I sautéed everything for a few seconds, stirring well so the sausage would become coated with the tomato paste and cumin.
Then I added the contents of the can of mixed vegetables and continued sautéing for a few more seconds. I added the rice and continued stirring to combine it with the rest of the ingredients.
Afterward, I added the two cups of water, ½ packet of Goya seasoning with cilantro and annatto, ½ tablespoon of salt and the two tablespoons of vinegar. This last ingredient, friends, has become my best ally when cooking, because the little touch of acidity it provides is very pleasant to the palate. If you have never tried using vinegar this way, I encourage you to give it a try; I am sure you will love it.
Then I stirred everything very well, covered my rice cooker and let it cook for six minutes, until the cooker indicated that the cooking was finished. When I opened it, I could appreciate the pleasant aroma coming from the preparation and the colorful and appetizing appearance the rice had acquired.
Next, I served it with mayonnaise, according to my family's preference. Both they and I loved it!
I hope, friends, that you also found this preparation appetizing and feel encouraged to bring it to your table. Your palate will thank you!
Positive vibes and a hug.💁🌈
