Every month, my fiancé makes time to visit his Red Lady papaya farm. He believes that checking every papaya tree is one of the most important parts of taking care of the farm. Instead of waiting until harvest time, he regularly walks around the area to see if each tree is still healthy, alive, or has already died. This simple routine helps him keep the plantation in good condition. As we walked around the farm, he carefully looked at every row of papaya trees. Some trees were growing well with fresh green leaves and healthy fruits. These are the trees that will continue to grow and hopefully produce a good harvest in the coming months. Seeing them healthy brought happiness because all the hard work is slowly paying off.**
However, not all of the papaya trees survived. There were a few trees that had dried leaves, weak stems, or had already died. Whenever he found a dead tree, he wrote it down in his notebook. He always keeps a record of how many trees are alive and how many need to be replaced. This helps him monitor the condition of the farm every month and makes it easier to plan the next steps,While checking the trees, he also observed if there were signs of pests, diseases, or damage. Early inspection is very important because small problems can become bigger if they are ignored. By checking the farm regularly, he can take action immediately and protect the healthy trees from being affected.
I admire his patience and dedication. Farming is not an easy job because it requires time, effort, and commitment. Even under the warm sun, he continues checking each papaya tree one by one. His hard work shows how much he cares for his plants and how determined he is to have a successful harvest.
This visit reminded me that farming is more than just planting crops. It is about giving attention, love, and care to every plant. Every healthy papaya tree is the result of consistent effort and proper management. Although some trees may not survive, he never loses hope. Instead, he learns from the experience and continues improving the farm.
I am proud of my fiancé for his dedication to his Red Lady papaya plantation. His monthly inspection may seem like a simple task, but it plays a big role in keeping the farm productive. I hope that all his hard work will be rewarded with a healthy plantation and a bountiful harvest in the future.
