Wednesday ☀️ 5310

What a lousy day today, rain, a ton to do, and on top of that, some water damage (albeit minor) in my treehouse. Now I’ve got three repair sites going on in the house. Phone calls with contractors, emails to the property management company, and so on. No morning walk, but plenty to do at home and running around, including taking care of the plants belonging to two neighbors who are currently traveling. But I didn’t let anything stop me from doing my breathing exercises, I did them in my treehouse while listening to the meditative drumming of the raindrops. Did I ever mention that I also do my strength training in the treehouse? So here’s a fun mix of photos: ducks from the weekend in the countryside and strawberries from my treehouse.

Was für ein doofer Tag heute, Regen und viel zu tun und dazu noch ein, wenn auch kleiner, Wasserschaden im Baumhaus. Jetzt hab ich grad drei Baustellen im Haus. Telefonate mit Handwerkern, E-Mails an die Hausverwaltung und so weiter. Kein Morningwalk, aber viel zuhause zu tun und Rennerei inkl. um die Pflänzchen von zwei Nachbarn kümmern, die grad auf Reisen sind. Hab mir meine Atemübungen aber nicht nehmen lassen und in meinem Baumhaus gemacht und dabei dem meditativen Trommeln der Regentropfen gelauscht. Hatte ich eigentlich jemals erwähnt dass ich auch mein Krafttraining im Baumhaus mache. Bilder gibt’s daher eine lustige Mischung aus Enten vom Wochenende auf dem Lande und Erdbeeren aus meinem Baumhaus.
