Front Lever Afternoon Session

On this occasion, I was finally able to attend the park in the afternoon. This allowed me to catch up with my usual training partners and talk while we worked out; being a more regular time slot, the park was much busier.
I assigned a routine of pronated and supinated pull-ups to my student. Since he hadn't attended in a long time, he found it quite hard to finish the routine, but by guiding him with my tips and techniques, he managed to complete all the sets. For my part, I focused on a front lever routine, keeping it relatively simple for my current level with just presses and holds. This is quite easy compared to combining reps, presses, and holds (that is, pull-ups, lifting, lowering, and finally holding the position all within a front lever), which, although I can do it, is much more demanding for me. Since the park was crowded, I took advantage of the environment to chat with friends between sets to rest more comfortably.
Returning to the afternoon rush brings a different energy to the park. Training alongside long-time friends provides a natural pace for recovery, allowing heavy static work like front lever presses to be integrated smoothly into a more social setting.
Guiding a student through the struggle of returning after a break reinforces the importance of fundamentals and proper pacing. I hope these images convey the lively atmosphere and the effort put into today's session.
I hope you enjoyed these photographs. Without anything more to add, I bid farewell. Stay tuned for future posts! Until next time!
