TBT Thursday

After spending a few days filled with tension and deep sadness in the wake of the earthquakes that have shaken my country—where there are thousands of fatalities—I want to find comfort and take my mind off things by remembering beautiful moments from my past. And although I haven’t suffered any direct damage, nor do I have any affected family members or friends—thank God—I can’t help but feel sad about all of this, so this post is a way to escape so many negative thoughts and lift my spirits; however, before I continue, I’d like to say a prayer.
Beloved Father, illuminate the path of the rescue teams; help them find life beneath the rubble; may their bodies be filled with strength and may they continue their efforts. Give hope to those who are still waiting to be rescued; keep them alive and renew their faith and determination to keep going. To those who have lost family members, grant them comfort, and may the deceased rest in peace. Amen! 🙏

Memories of the Gym
It’s been a year since I said goodbye to the gym; it was a time of joy and physical activity. I was only there for nine months, and I wanted to go back, but my responsibilities at home—having people to care for—prevented me from doing so. I lost nine kilos and have maintained that weight ever since. I’d saved the photos I’m sharing; they’re from different days, but they all have one thing in common: shared joy.
