¡Hola, mis estimados amigos de la comunidad de Hive! Qué alegría tan grande estar nuevamente por aquí compartiendo con todos ustedes las vivencias, la buena música y las tradiciones de nuestra hermosa tierra. El día de hoy les traigo un material videográfico muy especial que logré grabar durante un ensayo sumamente ameno que tuvimos en la casa del querido maestro Ramón Páez.
En esta ocasión, tuvimos el honor de presenciar una reunión musical de muchísimo talento. En la ejecución del arpa nos acompañó el compañero Miguel Arteaga, quien con su destreza en las cuerdas le dio un toque único a la jornada. Por su parte, el maestro Ramón Páez estuvo a cargo del cuatro, marcando el ritmo impecable y la armonía perfecta que tanto nos caracteriza.
La voz principal de este ensayo estuvo a cargo de la joven Karla, quien interpretó de una manera magistral y llena de sentimiento el tema titulado «Copa de cristal», una hermosa y muy conocida composición perteneciente al talentoso cantautor Alexander Tiapa. Ver la entrega, la pasión y el respeto con el que interpretaron esta pieza folclórica en un ambiente tan íntimo y familiar fue una experiencia verdaderamente reconfortante.
Espacios como este nos recuerdan lo importante que es seguir impulsando, documentando y valorando el talento de nuestros músicos locales, quienes día a día trabajan por mantener viva nuestra identidad cultural. Hello, my dear friends from the Hive community! What a great joy it is to be back here sharing with all of you the experiences, good music, and traditions of our beautiful land. Today I am bringing you a very special video that I managed to record during a very pleasant rehearsal we had at the home of the beloved maestro Ramón Páez.
On this occasion, we had the honor of witnessing a music gathering full of immense talent. On the harp, we were joined by Miguel Arteaga, whose skill on the strings gave a unique touch to the session. Meanwhile, maestro Ramón Páez was in charge of the cuatro, setting the flawless rhythm and perfect harmony that characterizes us so much.
The lead vocals for this rehearsal were performed by young Karla, who sang with great mastery and emotion the song titled "Copa de cristal," a beautiful and well-known composition by the talented singer-songwriter Alexander Tiapa. Watching the dedication, passion, and respect with which they performed this folk song in such an intimate and cozy setting was a truly rewarding experience.
