En esta ocasión, les comparto el paso a paso para elaborar una linda decoración para interruptor. Volvieron las decoraciones para los interruptores, amigos. Esta vez quise elaborar algo que me sorprende que no se me haya ocurrido antes, ya que suelo elaborar muchos diseños con casitas y pajaritos, así que por eso mi idea fue una casita de pájaro.

This time, I'm sharing the step-by-step instructions for making a cute light switch decoration. Light switch decorations are back, friends! This time, I wanted to make something that I'm surprised I hadn't thought of before, since I often make designs with little houses and birds, so that's why my idea was a birdhouse.

🌟 PROCEDIMIENTO | 🌟 PROCESS
✨PASO 1:
Lo primero es tomar nuestra hoja blanca y ponernos creativos, dejar volar la imaginación y dibujar las ideas que se nos vengan a la mente, hasta obtener una idea para la decoración que nos guste. En mi caso, pensé que se vería bonito que donde va el botón del interruptor se simule la entrada a una casita de pájaros, la cual además tiene chimenea, una enredadera de flores, un arbusto y un lindo pájaro. Al tener la idea lista, es momento de pasar a los colores correspondientes de foami, como explico a continuación:
✨Estructura de la casa: 11 cm x 9.5 cm en foami azul. ✨Tejado: 14 cm x 9.7 cm en foami marrón. ✨Chimenea: 4 cm x 3 cm en foami azul. ✨Pájaro: 5 cm x 3 cm en foami amarillo. ✨Arbusto: 6.5 cm x 3.5 cm en foami verde. ✨Enredadera: 6 cm en foami escarchado verde. ✨Flores: 5 cm x 0.5 cm, 4 cm x 0.5 cm y 3 cm x 0.5 cm en foami escarchado rosa.
✨STEP 1:
The first thing to do is take your white paper and get creative. Let your imagination run wild and draw any ideas that come to mind until you have a decoration you like. In my case, I thought it would look nice to simulate the entrance to a birdhouse where the light switch button goes, complete with a chimney, a flowering vine, a bush, and a cute bird. Once I had the idea, it was time to move on to the corresponding colors of foam, as I explain below:
✨House structure: 11 cm x 9.5 cm in blue foam. ✨Roof: 14 cm x 9.7 cm in brown foam. ✨Chimney: 4 cm x 3 cm in blue foam. ✨Bird: 5 cm x 3 cm in yellow foam. ✨Bush: 6.5 cm x 3.5 cm in green foam. ✨Vine: 6 cm in glittery green foam. ✨Flowers: 5 cm x 0.5 cm, 4 cm x 0.5 cm, and 3 cm x 0.5 cm in glittery pink foam.

✨PASO 2:
Al estar todas las piezas recortadas, es momento de dar color a los bordes con marcadores, utilizando tonos que hagan contraste (menos a las piezas de foami escarchado). Así que, para la estructura de la casa y la chimenea utilicé un color azul más oscuro; para el tejado, un color marrón más oscuro; para el arbusto, un verde; y para el pajarito, un marrón clarito. Difuminamos los bordes con ayuda de un pañito y dejamos secar.
✨STEP 2:
Once all the pieces are cut out, it's time to color the edges with markers, using contrasting colors (except for the glitter foam pieces). So, for the house frame and chimney, I used a darker blue; for the roof, a darker brown; for the bush, green; and for the little bird, a light brown. We blended the edges with a cloth and let them dry.

✨PASO 3:
Al estar secas las piezas, es momento de definir mejor y dar detalles extras. Dibujé en la casa unos ladrillos distribuidos por toda la superficie; al techo le hice unas líneas onduladas con puntos; a la chimenea, también los ladrillos; y definí mejor el arbusto delineando de nuevo con verde y dibujando algunas ramas extras para dar volumen. Por último, dibujé los ojos, cejas, rubor, pico y ala del pájaro.
✨STEP 3:
Once the pieces are dry, it's time to refine them and add extra details. I drew bricks distributed across the house; I added wavy lines with dots to the roof; I also added bricks to the chimney; and I further defined the bush by outlining it again with green and drawing some extra branches to give it volume. Finally, I drew the bird's eyes, eyebrows, blush, beak, and wing.

✨PASO 4:
Seguido de esto, llega el momento de pegar todas las piezas en el orden correspondiente. En mi caso, pegué la estructura de la casa junto con el tejado y la chimenea en una esquina de la parte trasera. Seguidamente, pegué el arbusto del lado izquierdo de la casa y el pajarito del otro lado. Por último, pegué la enredadera al tejado, formé las flores y las pegué junto a la enredadera.
✨STEP 4:
After that, it's time to glue all the pieces together in the correct order. In my case, I glued the house frame, along with the roof and chimney, to a corner at the back. Next, I glued the bush to the left side of the house and the little bird to the other side. Finally, I glued the vine to the roof, shaped the flowers, and glued them next to the vine.
