I went for a run after lunch today, and right after that, we headed over to our dog training club. 🏃‍♂️🐕

Dneska jsem si šel po obědě zaběhat a hned potom jsme odjeli k nám na cvičák. 🏃‍♂️🐕

The run felt good, even though my heart rate was sky-high. Probably the aftermath of some weekend cheating 🍕🍻 or today's higher outdoor temperatures.🙂
