We practiced the slalom with Oggy at the training ground again. He is getting pretty good at those six poles!

Today’s running workout was really tough. Not just because of the structure (3 km + 6x 300m fast intervals + 5 km), but also because of the weather. It was much warmer and more humid than I would have liked!

Dnešní běžecký trénink byl opravdu náročný. A to nejen kvůli struktuře (3 km + 6× 300 m rychle + 5 km), ale i kvůli počasí – bylo mnohem tepleji a dusněji, než bych si přál.
In the afternoon, we went for a walk with the dogs in the city park.

Odpoledne jsme se šli se psy projít do městského parku.
In the evening, we watched football at my son's place. I was rooting more for England, but Argentina deservedly won! ⚽
