I don't think I had considered a different profession because my current career is very broad, and one can specialize in various fields, such as administration, finance, marketing, human resources, and more.
Since I was little, I wasn't very clear about what I wanted to be when I grew up, but I did like the idea of being an archeologist, to unearth treasures, learn about cultures, travel, and discover the history of those places.
Now that I've thought about it a bit more, I believe I like my career because, as I mentioned, it is super flexible and you can adapt it to different situations, especially in the business field. If you want to start your own business, a degree in Commercial Engineering is ideal.
But, since the activity invites me to look beyond and dream, I think I already know what my dream profession would be, and it would be to become a travel blogger, because I would have the opportunity to travel the world, experience different cultures, try new foods, visit tourist spots, and share all of that through videos, images, and posts.
I think it would be the ideal profession for me, considering my tastes and the fact that they would pay you to do it, haha. This is also related to finding ikigai, a Japanese concept that tells you that when you find the point where what you like to do, what you are good at, what the world currently needs, and what you would be paid for doing it come together.
And upon analyzing it further, I believe it would be a dream that could become a reality. If I develop it a bit more, it would look something like this:
- What I like: I like to travel, discover new places, try typical food, visit historical and tourist sites, and learn about different cultures.
- What I am good at: I am good at creating digital content such as videos, images, and texts.
- What the world needs: This can be a bit complicated to define, but I would like to help other people, on one hand, by giving them travel tips and on the other hand, encouraging them to explore and get to know the world.
- For what they would pay me: They would pay me just for doing all of the above, creating content.
The truth is, with all that, I would feel very happy, but it's not too far from being a reality haha. Currently, I am dedicated to this, but in the field of education and web3.
But if I add to that the ability to travel without worrying so much about money and other things, it would be sensational.
I would do what I like, and honestly, I wouldn't even feel like it's a job anymore, but a hobby from which I can get great rewards.
Can you imagine traveling through all the countries, cities, little towns? Meeting people and their traditions and the food... Phew, I'm sure many of you who read me would also like something like that, hehe.

Un sueño que quizá no esté tan lejos de hacerse realidad
Hola comunidad IndiaUnited, les presento mi nuevo post para participar en la dinámica de esta semana con la pregunta: Si pudieras elegir cualquier profesión, ¿cuál sería y por qué?

Creo que no me había puesto a pensar en una profesión distinta, porque mi carrera actual es muy amplia y uno puede especializarse en varios campos, como: administración, finanzas, marketing, recursos humanos y más.
Desde pequeña no tenía muy claro qué quería ser de grande, pero sí me gustaba la idea de ser arqueóloga, para desenterrar tesoros, conocer culturas, viajar y aprender sobre la historia de esos lugares.
Ahora que me puse a pensar un poco más, creo que me gusta la carrera que tengo porque como les decía es súper flexible y puedes adaptarla a diferentes situaciones, sobre todo en el ámbito empresarial. Si quieres abrir tu propio negocio, la carrera de Ingeniería Comercial es la ideal.
Pero, como la dinámica me invita a mirar más allá y soñar, creo que ya sé qué profesión de ensueño quisiera tener y sería convertirme en bloggera de viajes, porque tendría la oportunidad de viajar por el mundo, conocer culturas, probar nuevas comidas, visitar lugares turísticos y compartir todo eso a través de videos, imágenes y publicaciones.
Creo que sería la profesión ideal para mí, considerando mis gustos y que además te paguen por hacer eso jeje. A eso también se le relaciona con encontrar el ikigai, un pensamiento japonés que te dice que cuando encuentras el punto donde se unen lo que te gusta hacer, en lo que eres bueno, lo que se necesita actualmente en el mundo y lo que te pagarían por hacer.
Y al analizarlo mejor creo que sería un sueño que podría convertirse en realidad, si lo desarrollo un poco más, quedaría algo así:
- Lo que me gusta: Me gusta viajar, conocer nuevos lugares, probar comida típica, visitar lugares históricos y turísticos, y aprender de diferentes culturas.
- En lo que soy buena: Soy buena para crear contenido digital como videos, imágenes y textos.
- Lo que necesita el mundo: Esto puede ser un poco complicado de definir, pero me gustaría ayudar a otras personas, por un lado, darles tips de viajes y por el otro animarlos también a recorrer el mundo y conocerlo.
- Por lo que me pagarían: Me pagarían justamente por hacer todo lo anterior, crear contenido.
La verdad con todo eso me sentiría muy feliz, pero no está muy lejos de ser una realidad jeje. Actualmente me dedico a esto, pero en el área de educación y web3.
Pero si a eso le sumo que pueda viajar sin preocuparme tanto por el dinero y demás, sería sensacional.
Haría lo que me gustaría y, la verdad, ya ni sentiría que es un trabajo, sino un hobby del cual puedo obtener grandes recompensas.
¿Se imaginan viajando por todos los países, ciudades, pueblitos? conociendo a la gente y sus tradiciones y la comida… Uff, estoy segura de que a varios de los que me leen también les gustaría algo así, jeje.
