Steem Dollars (SBD) was worth $22.34 USD on 2017.05.17, so why not? $22.34 USD is the current ATH (All Time High) for Steem Dollars (SBD). It could be even more than $20 USD. Anything/everything is possible in the crypto world. But unfortunately/sadly looks like most of the Steem users do not believe in it.
