The Engagement League

This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.

Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.

I've used some metrics relating to:

  • Posts (P)
  • Comments - number of (C)
  • Number of people spoken to (PS)
  • Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
  • Comments - length in characters (C L)
  • Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
  • Up-votes to others (V)
  • Up-votes to different authors (U V)
  • Self-votes - No minus score but no bonus STEEM (S V)

    Congratulations to the winners and also to all in the list. For those who involved with this platform religiously even once in a while never get surprised by seeing who are on the top.. They rightly deserve those places. Its a previllage to sit along with them as one in ten or fifteen out of the list in between.

    Congratulations to everyone. Some weeks it is not easy to stay engaged, life gets busy, thing go wrong, stuff happens. Still the weeklies do not show any drastic drops in any categories, we seem to all be holding pretty steady.

    For those having a hard time finding content, or that have been totally turned off by the trending pages for specific favorite categories, you may want to take a re-look at them. Gone are a lot of the spam, bot boosted, type post from them. The bid-botters and ROI'ers are using a lot of their tags up on Scot-Tribe tags, this has had a great effect on cleaning up the trending pages. So have fun with the trending pages while they are somewhat clean, hope and pray that other tribes and front ends do not do like steempeak and add and allow more tags, that action will only return the content tags trending pages back into cesspools.

    Surprising I managed to do so last week with hospital and lousy internet. Think it will be less in future now I have to walk 20k+ steps to get 10k.

The interaction I get in this place is such a boost for me. I will be traveling this coming week and off my game, but back at it in the following week.     Congrats @brittandjosie! Slow week this week, but that's no surprise. I know the how and why, so no bad feelings about the low score this week. Will be worse during the next two weeks, but I hope to be at least at 50% of my usual power again after that. Seeing two alts in the top 40 of the 2nd list this week.. I guess I'm doing at least something right curation-wise ;0)

    Also, not a glaring mistake, but last week I mentioned this -

    And I somehow missed that there are also sponsored prizes for certain numbers. I'm guessing, from the comment section here, that the prize can be anything, not just SBI, so I'd like to offer up a sponsorship for the number 42 (because it is the answer to life, the Universe, and Everything, after all).     Hmmm. Was trying to figure out why SteemPeaks wasn’t showing me your CEL post, when I tracked it down to it showing up under @abh12345.sports. Just when I almost posted on that account (was looking for an explanation in your post), then it showed up again under @abh12345. Probably just me, but having accounts you are familiar with “divvied up” in some cases now across many different accounts is confusing …

    Anyway, an SBI share has been registered for our ”Hot Pink” winner this week - @blazing. This is a new account to me, so hopefully we’ll see them again. Steadily engaging! Congratulations to all of this week’s winners, which is everyone! As well as those who got some prizes … 😉
