The Engagement League

This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.

Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.

I've used some metrics relating to:

  • Posts (P)
  • Comments - number of (C)
  • Number of people spoken to (PS)
  • Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
  • Comments - length in characters (C L)
  • Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
  • Up-votes to others (V)
  • Up-votes to different authors (U V)
  • Self-votes - a small minus score for this one, sorry! (S V)

    Hey, @abh12345.

    I was hoping to be over a hundred comments again, but didn't quite make it.

    Looks like you've got someone hitting some of your comments. I must have missed out on why (which is okay). Since these downvotes are often indiscriminate, people who are generally aligned one way can end up downvoting those who are mostly on their side, or neutral, just because.

    And I guess this is supposed to improve with the EIP and HF21? :)

    Well, anyway, thank you Asher for all you do, which I guess includes taking the hits.

    Congratulations to everyone in the Top 25. Good to see the numbers up. Looks like we've got a few well new folks making it up the ranks.

    Congratulation to the winners and thanks for having my little pie provided by the great steemit statistician @abh12345 as 1 Steem. it does not matter for me whether it is 1 or 100, the value of that steem when in a league with the heavy weights of this great platform makes it priceless.

    I was about to comment that my name is not listed in this while i checked in mobile first and today when i opened this PC also initially I did not saw my name. Finally it was a surprise for me to see my name close to the first ten. I believe there is some improvement in my performance and thanks again for providing this summary in its least complicated way.

    I hope I can try for a number within the 10, is it so????

    Woohoo! Finally a week where I was not sick and able to work at a better level. Thank you so much, @abh12345. This league is so helpful and encouraging for me. I recommend it constantly and try to get others to come and join and watch how the pros do it. You are awesome :)

    I felt like I had a slow week, I spent almost two days trying to learn/re-learn some HTML. So missed a few days of commenting, I guess I did not miss much though. Thinks on the blockchain continue to grow, not sure about the upcoming change to the 15 minute vote rule that I read, so more self voting may be starting up. I am still on the fence about that, but being able to vote at one minute verse having to wait 15 minutes, I think they just pretty much erased most of HF20 with that change. It will be interesting to see what happens with curation after that change takes place.

    It is very nice we have the leagues to use as a guide to see how things do shake out. I for one will be looking forward to the October/November how you did "Monthly Stats" From Asher if he has time then. I figure by then all the HF kinks should be ironed out.

    Very nice to see steady growth in the weekly overalls, some falls, but mostly growth. Always good to see engagement holding steady.

    I have — sadly — been very absent for these pages for a while; life is just not "cooperating" with giving me time for things such as blogging and social media. I do have all sorts of good intentions... but we all know what "they" say about that!

    Thanks Asher for hosting the league. Not overly concerned about slipping with the comments as curation is what I am kind of concentrating on now and trying to get to 5 SP per 1000 SP.Thanks peter at @fullcoverbetting for the sbi it is really appreciated.
