I tend to see a lot of nerve rings in clients especially prevalent in younger people - due to the weakened genetics, use of stimulants (coffee, energy drinks, drugs, etc.), poor food/lifestyle choices, or excess physical/mental stress - creating degenerated nervous system and adrenal gland health. There are other indications of degenerated adrenal glands and nervous system such as location of lucunas/crypts in the eye & pupil size
They indicate that the individual is under moderate to extreme (long-term) nervous stress which is finding it’s way into the muscular system - causing anxiety and a storage of tension there. When found in the stomach, there is the strong possibility of nervous indigestion, amongst other emotional and physical issues with the GI tract . . Deep nerve rings in the iris point to a need for relaxation. This may come from removing physical or mental disturbances through a variety of methods. It can be determined which tissues are affected most by noting the origins and insertions of the rings in the iris . .
