Water / Wasser

A short title, but on the whole there is mostly water to see in the photos.

Ein kurzer Titel, aber im Großen und Ganzen ist auch nur Wasser auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Actually it was a beautiful autumn morning in early November last year when I was hiking through this gorge and woods near where I live.

Es war ein eigentlich schöner Herbstmorgen Anfang November letzten Jahres, als ich durch diese Schlucht und Wälder in der Nähe meines Wohnortes gewandert bin.

I have already posted several reports about the "Adventure Water Way" near the village of Liebenfels, but I would like to show a few more photos today before spring is here and I visit the gorge again.

Über den "Abenteuer Wasser Weg" bei Liebenfels habe ich bereits mehrere Berichte gebracht, möchte aber heute noch ein paar Fotos zeigen, bevor der Frühling da ist und ich die Schlucht wieder besuchen werde.

When I say that the morning has been beautiful, I think of an autumnal november weather with a cloudy sky, slight fog and beautifully colored autumn leaves.

Wenn ich sage, dass der Morgen schön gewesen ist, dann meine ich so richtig novemberlich herbstlich mit bewölktem Himmel leichtem Nebel und wunderschön gefärbtem Herbstlaub.

There are two large waterfalls - one is along the path and the second, the Sörger Waterfall, is at the end of the gorge. I recently showed some photos of this one where it was pretty icy.

Es gibt zwei große Wasserfälle - einer ist entlang des Weges und der zweite, der Sörger Wasserfall, befindet sich am Ende der Schlucht. Von diesem habe ich vor kurzem einige Fotos gezeigt, wo er ziemlich vereist war.

Both large waterfalls I have already shown in my previous posts. Today it is more the turn of the smaller waterfalls, which in my eyes are no less impressive and beautiful.

Beide großen Wasserfälle habe ich also in meinen vorhergehenden Posts bereits gezeigt. Heute sind mehr die kleineren Wasserfälle an der Reihe, die in meinen Augen nicht weniger imposant und schön sind.

The last two photos show the edge of the rock, where the water of the large Sörger waterfall falls into the abyss.

Die beiden letzten Fotos zeigen die Felskante, wo sich das Wasser des großen Sörger Wasserfalles in die Tiefe stürzt.

Today I found a poem by Alfred Tennyson, that I really like and which I would like to share with you.

Ich habe heute ein Gedicht von Alfred Tennyson gefunden, welches mir sehr gut gefällt und das ich euch nicht vorenthalten möchte.

But I go on for ever.

I steal by lawns and grassy plots,
I slide by hazel covers;
I move the sweet forget-me-nots
That grow for happy lovers.

I slip, I slide, I gloom, I glance,
Among my skimming swallows;
I make the netted sunbeam dance
Against my sandy shallows.

I murmur under moon and stars
In brambly wildernesses;
I linger by my shingly bars;
I loiter round my cresses;

And out again I curve and flow
To join the brimming river,
For men may come and men may go,
But I go on for ever.

I leave all EXIF and IPTC information stored in the pictures.
