Last day before my drive back home was nice and sunny. Weather was surely inviting me to come out for a run in the morning, although I only got there by midday 😂
Still, it was a very pleasant over 4km jog in the park, while watching skaters doing their thing and families walking with their children and/or pets.
The plan was to go shopping right after I eat my post run breakfast, but instead I got to writing. I knew I’ll be driving most of today and the last days of this year will be spent in preparation and celebration of NYE, so I wanted to wrap up my savings report with end of year summary.
It was already dark outside when I finally ventured out for my last shopping. This time it was just supplies and some fav foods and… that one jacket I liked and didn’t buy the first time round. I saved some cash on car service, so I was able to buy it in the end and in much more suitable size.
On my way there I was a pretty train that @coolmidwestguy would probably like, but the pocture in motion on my way back didn’t quite do it justice 🤷🏻♀️
Back home I drafted another post for my main account and scheduled to publish while I’m driving, which worked like a trait. I took one last picture of the Christmas tree and went to sleep.
Waking up before 7am reminded me I have lots of this to look forward to back home in the new year 😂 But hey, it’s still the old year and I’m not planning on early starts in any of the last days of this year!
