My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2024

I'm ashamed to admit that this is one of my longer walks lately, definitely not enough, I definitely neglect trips and I feel bad about it, it's hard to motivate myself to leave the house, the evenings are so dark and long. But when I think of a specific goal, I walk to the goal much better. Today the walk mainly led to a tasty dinner which I just finished 🙂

Wstyd się przyznać ale to ostatnio jeden z moich dłuższych spacerów, zdecydowanie za mało, zdecydowanie zaniedbuje wycieczki i czuję się z tym kiepsko, ciężko się zmotywować do wyjścia z domu, wieczory takie ciemne i długie. Ale jak wymyślę sobie konkretny cel to spaceruje się do celu znacznie lepiej. Dzisiaj spacer głównie prowadził na smaczną kolację którą właśnie skończyłem 🙂
