This passive income will be also proportional to their staked token holding at the end of the year and only available for those investors who have maintained any amount of tokens (not one specifically) during the entire year.

As we have said before, we accept also delegations. These will not be accepted as payment in the pre-sale but after it. The initial SteemPower/SPHR ratio will be as follows: 1SP delegated - 0.6 SPHR So, for example, we have that someone that delegates 5,000SP will receive 3,000SPHR. (These ratios may fluctuate over time due to market supply and demand.) The SPHR given to the delegators will be divided in 12 parts, one for each month of the year. Following the previous example: Someone who delegates 5,000 SP will receive 250 SPHR per month (3,000SPHR/12 months). This is to prevent someone who delegates very large amounts of SteemPower, received the entire amount of Sphere at once and then withdraws his delegation in a week. We know that the majority of Steemit users would not do this, but prevention is better than cure. For legal purposes, in terms of participation and enjoyment of their privileges, the delegators will count as if they had their full amount of SPHR. It means that, even they could earn 250 SPHR per month, as their full amount is 3,000 SPHR, they will be allowed to participate in the raffles (wich requires a minimum amount of 2,500 SPHR to participate), for example. It is just a mere preventive formality, for us as an internal work, which will not affect all the rights of the delegator. As the delegators will enjoy the same advantages as those who buy the token, and we know that the money of those who buy the token there are certain percentages that are destined to cumulative jackpot and fund for donations it would be unfair for buyers that delegators do not pay a small fee for enjoying the same. This tax for delegators will be only a 5% of the monthly amount they'll receive (in the previous case of 250 SPHR monthly amount the tax would be 12.5SPHR), which will be converted to STEEM and sent to cumulative jackpot and fund for donations.

About Voting Percentage

As we previously said, this percentage will depend on the number of tokens the user holds, with the upvote being greater the greater the amount. This upvoting percentage will be directly associated with the total number of tokens issued that year. In the first stage of the project there will be 10M tokens in total, therefore, the formula will be taken by dividing the tokens that the user has by 10M tokens and then multiplying the result by 10,000. Let's show an example:

Jimmy has 8,000SPHR; if we divide that amount by 10M, the result will be 0.0008 and now we multiply by 10,000 so, we have a result of 8. That will be the voting percentage of Jimmy: an 8%.

We emphasize that these voting percentages are considered in the event that our project was successful and there were many users to vote daily. Let's say we prefer to start being cautious with the voting percentages. The same way we say, that in other cases that could occur, the voting percentages could go up just a couple of weeks after pre-sale and the airdrop finishes. That way we could determine closely the amount of users interested in the benefits of our project and set a more accurate voting percentage for everyone.

About Staking

As we previously said, a 30% of Annual Inflation goes to gratify our active token holders (as annual passive income) that have their tokens staked. This passive income will be also proportional to their staked token holding at the end of the year and only available for those investors who have maintained any amount of tokens (not one specifically) during the entire year. (In the hypothetical case that investors with staked tokens and such stake amounts were low, they passive income will be proportionally distributed to their stake, and the remainder of that annual 30% will be divided at 50% and converted to STEEM: 25% will go for the annual cumulative jackpot and the another 25% destined to the fund for donations.)

This means that, at least the first year of project life, there will be 300,000 tokens to proportional be distributed at the end of a year, for those who end that year with any amount staked.

About Cumulative Jackpot

A 35% of the profits generated with the purchase of tokens and the delegations taxes, will accumulate here, to be later distributed among all the token holders, in proportion to their actual holding.

To be eligible to obtain this distribution of funds, the investor must be in possession of at least 8,000SPHERE before the end of the year.
