Oh, yes… it started as a mind game between us, but it was quite disconcerting to see how many of those tiny seeds were negative thoughts fated to grow into something that would bite me back… How does your garden grow?

My view of the Civil War Battlefield as I take a quick run around the periphery. It is peace and quiet all around, my favorite time of the day. I take a deep breath and enjoy the moment.

Perfectly true, @dswigle, thoughts are seeds ... be welcome in this world of white, black and gray! I start with monochrome when I am more inclined towards pessimism ... I know you don't know what pessimism means, so others are your reasons(maybe friendship?). I wasn't inspired by #marketfriday (and not posted) last week and here is what I suffered ... I made a blog about those I follow here and the tag #marketfriday was automatically posted by the application where I posted (OCD), although posting has nothing to do with the market. It was, perhaps, a sign.

I love that saying it says so much and if not for the fact I only have a little less than three weeks to go at work, I would add it to a photo print it and hang it inmy office

Oh yes, our mind is a garden. That's why we need to be careful what we sow in our minds. 🤔

I love the geese!!! 🦆🦆 They are soooo cute!

But I love the 2nd flower most. Is it a lotus? The angle of the shot, with a lake in the background, makes it look so serene and beautiful. Thank you for sharing it my dear @dswigle.
