The inviting taste of words on your lips A tender kiss The lingering hand against my face, begins to trace Explore my heart, a whispered start

Musing. Oh, yes. How I love to muse. To reflect. Ponder. Play with my words and make them mean something, sometimes straightforward and sometimes almost woven into the fabric to avoid detection. A diary of thoughts, dreams, life, and dreams yet to be dreamed.

A confession of love In my dream last night Somehow The words slipped out Beyond my reach Again

Chasing you through my thoughts last night I lost the sun To the musings of tomorrow Wish I may Wish I might Have that dream Again tonight

There must be an act of kindness and beauty that belongs to this day alone. Seize the moment. Then pass it on and on and on....

Leaning on the doorway, the entrance for which Waiting for my heart to separate Reality from not Yes, it may. Yes, it may.

Oh, the loveliness, a burst of beauty and covered the color of love.
Say you’ll be mine Say you’ll be mine When the sun shines, one of the times
You can see, I’ll never be free Until that time Until that time
Say you’ll be mine
Happiness divided by two is multiplied.

Memories don’t fade, they are my own Whispered words lay Holding them safe Waiting for When the time is right Again

And just like that, these musings are done. I want to thank you for allowing me to muse along... and just so you know, there is always a muse or three left in my heart. Have a most fabulous day!
Thank you for visiting my post 💖 Because of you, I come back to post again and again. I love this world with all my heart, although some days, it is not as easy to see, how wonderful it really is. Kindness counts. Wherever you go, whatever you do.

they set my aunts house on fire i cried the way women on tv do folding at the middle like a five pound note. i called the boy who use to love me tried to ‘okay’ my voice i said hello he said warsan, what’s wrong, what’s happened?
i’ve been praying, and these are what my prayers look like; dear god i come from two countries one is thirsty the other is on fire both need water.
later that night i held an atlas in my lap ran my fingers across the whole world and whispered, "where does it hurt?" it answered,
"everywhere" "everywhere" "everywhere"
