It gives me great pleasure to be a part of this awesome blockchain - Steem. I joined steem on May 23, 2019 through @Steemhunt account creation module.
I am Godswill Ufot George. I am a Husband, Father of two awesome siblings, Food Engineer, researcher, Graphics Designer and Transport contractor.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Food Engineering with specialization in Food Processing and machine design from the University of Uyo,Nigeria. Other areas of my research are engineering properties of biological materials; which I have a research paper and has been presented at “The 7th International Conference on Sustainable Agriculture for Food, Energy and Industry in Regional and Global Context, ICSAFEI2015” Universiti Putra Malaysia August 2015 .
My research interests is on improving value chain in local food species. I'm currently on a research work title " development of improved systems for the separation of palm kernel and shell using a dry method ". I am a member of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) and also a graduate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
How I got to know about Steem
A friend and colleague @Uyobong introduced me to Steem and he's been year for over a year. According to him, "Steem is a place I can build a creative Career". Those words are what actually spurred my joining the platform and I hope I won't be disappointed.
Currently, @uyobong office to train myself and others on a successful onboarding to Steem. I actually took the banner image at his office with him.
