Light Salad

This is an unusually tasty and light salad that is easy to prepare and also easy to enjoy.

To do this, you will need small tomatoes, arugula and purple cabbage. A few drops of olive oil can easily complement the taste of the salad and give it a juicy and bright aroma.

Ingredients:

a handful of arugula 5-6 small tomatoes purple cabbage to taste olive oil salt to taste

Instructions:

Cut small tomatoes in half. Cut purple cabbage into small pieces. Put arugula, purple cabbage and small tomatoes in a large cup. Add olive oil and salt. To mix everything.
